Customer Service Representative/Executive Assistant

Available in: All locations

Reports Directly to the: Centre Manager or Operations Manager

Role Objective: Provide administrative support and assistance to CEO SUITE Clients and Colleagues.

Key Responsibilities: Reception work, new clients’ set-up, clients’ exit activities, secretarial services.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: any business-related course
  • Experience: at least 2 years experience in admin functions; secretarial; reception; front desk; handling customers inquiries and concerns in a service-oriented industry
  • Knowledge and skills:
    • Secretarial skills
    • MS Office/computer skills
    • Business communication skills
    • Customer service skills
    • Office management skills
