Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at CEO SUITE, you will be the friendly, helpful face of our brand. You will own customer enquiries from first contact to issue resolution, ensure a seamless experience, and contribute to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact and support for our valued customers via in person, phone, email and live chat.
  • Resolve questions/concerns with empathy, accuracy, and speed.
  • Customer support to meet the day to day needs of customers.
  • Collect, analyze, and document customer feedback to drive product and service improvements.
  • Uphold company policies while delivering creative, customer-centric solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to address customer needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CEO SUITE products, services, and promotions.
  • Meet and strive to exceed individual and team performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate, CSAT).

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional local languages is a plus.
  • 2–3 years of customer service, hospitality, retail, or similar experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic CRM knowledge is a plus.
  • Positive, resilient mindset with a passion for helping others.
