Video Conference Demand Increases

Expatriate interest in videoconferencing facilities increased following the WTC attack last September. “Usually we provide video conference service once a month. Now the demand has increased to 3 or 4 times a week, even almost everyday in October,” said Dina Salem, Business Development Manager of CEO SUITE. She assumed the increase was a result of the terrorist attack on the WTC. The attack has reduced business travel frequency and increased videoconference use. This service gives companies and individuals the opportunity to conduct business worldwide without even leaving the office. The time and cost saving are enormous.

Videoconference facilities are mostly required by international companies. “This technology allows two or more parties to see, listen, and talk to each other even though they are thousands of miles apart,” says Ms. Salem. The cost of videoconferencing is included in the price of a meeting room, equipment, and communication fees. CEO SUITE also provides secretarial services in case a secretary is needed to prepare meeting material.

To anticipate the New Year holiday, CEO SUITE provides a Phone Call service. “We look after all the business calls from say company X and divert it to wherever as per requested or it may go to their personalized Voicemail which they can retrieve messages within 24 hours from anywhere. Surely, you can have your holiday without losing your potential business” says Ms. Salem.
