( Bisnis ) One Indonesian company of instant
office provider has just opened a branch
office at Menara Maxis, Kuala Lumpur.
"With the opening of
this branch in Kuala Lumpur last month followed
by the other center in Makati, Philippine,
CEO SUITE makes the first Indonesian operator
to operate overseas, said Mee Kim, the president
of the company.
This company occupies 13.000
meters at the one of the finest premises
in Kuala Lumpur City Center. She was optimistic
that the occupancy rate would reach 50%
soon
" The occupancy rate
of our two offices at Jakarta Stock Exchange
Tower and GKBI Bldg.during these last two
years ranged between 80% - 90%," she
said. The lowest occupancy rate was still
above 60%.
According to Mee Kim, CEO
is determined to be the market leader in
Asia. Despite many difficulties and critiques
against Indonesia, she says, foreign clients'
trust in CEO Suite is still high.
In 1997, PT CEO SUITE opened
its 1st center at the 17th floor of Jakarta
Stock Exchange Tower. The 2nd center was
opened at the 39th floor of GKBI Bldg. less
than a year later
Attaining success in
these two prime buildings, her company started
looking at other main cities in Asia.
