According to Mee Kim, the president of CEO SUITE, in the downturn of the economy at present, the demand for Instant office kept growing. This can be seen at CEO where 90 % of its suites are fully occupied. She added that in addition to the flexible product variation for the customer, the fact that most of the competitors closed down, has helped.

Despite fierce competition and sluggish market in Malaysia, 25% of 13 000 square meters of office space has been already booked on the first week. “This is a very good beginning for us,:” she said proudly.
Observing the enthusiastic demand in Kuala Lumpur, CEO plans to expand its wings again to cities and other countries. ” We hope to open in Bangkok and Makati soon,” said Kim enthusiastically. Even though, CEO is keen on expanding its wings overseas, CEO does not ignore the domestic market.
According to Kim, CEO is ready to expand to other cities such as Surabaya, Bali and other cities in Indonesia. If this comes to pass, CEO will be prospering in the mid of this economic doldrums. Furthermore, for the security and the decreasing business activity, many foreign companies close their representative offices/branches in Indonesia. To continue the business activity, they tend to use instant office temporarily.
